Feel the impulse to move but don't know where to start? Wiggle Room is a music-based open movement class where you move and dance however you feel called to. We follow a series of prompts that are invitations, not requirements, in a room where there's no judgment, especially no self-judgment. At its core, it's an invitation to pure joy and expression. Taught by Rye Lanae Boothe, an artist and mystic who helps people shake off fear and shame.

A nourishing ritual blending yin-inspired yoga, Qi Gong, Reiki, breathwork, and guided meditation, finished with a sound bath. Taught by Tavia Tinsley of Lion Alchemy, it's designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and energized. Hands-on energy healing is offered but never required. No experience needed, and you don't have to be flexible, spiritual, or "good at yoga."

Our tattoos live on bodies that keep changing—and sometimes their stories change right along with us.
What the Ink Holds is a story circle led by Heidi Oh exploring the tattoos we carry and the experiences our bodies carry alongside them.
You’ll be invited to choose a tattoo and spend a little time noticing it. Beyond what you think about it, what happens in your body when you give it your attention? A memory, sensation, emotion—or maybe nothing at all?
From there, anyone who wants to share will have time to tell their tattoo’s story: why you got it, what it meant then, what it means now, or simply the story that comes to mind.
While others share, we practice witnessing. No advice, interpretations, body commentary, or cross-talk. Just listening and allowing someone’s story to be theirs.
No profound meaning required. No requirement to share. Just ink, bodies, stories, and a little curiosity about what they hold.

Creativity is for everyone! Whether you call yourself an artist, a beautiful mess, or craft-curious, this class makes space to explore your own sense of expression. We start with a game to get into a creative headspace, then an intro to the evening's craft (no experience or interest needed). You can also bring your own project to work on alongside us. These sections are led by various faculty at KC Recess

A sound bath led by OMNO, designed to guide you into tranquility and ease. Soothing melodies, binaural beats, and transporting sounds are all played acoustically on singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. OMNO's goal is to make healing fun and pleasurable.
About OMNO: Their name comes from the contemplation of yin-yang, the flow of the good and the bad in life. Sound healing grew out of their yoga practice, when they began playing crystal bowls during savasana and found where their talents shine.

Why does some sex just hit different?
Sometimes it isn't about what happened, but how it made you feel. These feelings can reveal our core desires—the deeper emotional experiences that influence our sexuality, fantasies, relationships, and intimacy.
In Intimacy, Connection & Power, we'll explore how our earliest experiences of love and connection may shape what we desire today. From romance and memorable sexual experiences including everything from vanilla to k1nk, BDSM, and power dynamics, we'll look beyond what turns us on and get curious about why.
We'll close with a guided somatic experience designed to help you turn inward and explore your own desires through sensation, imagery, or fantasy.
No partner or prior experience is needed. Participation is optional, the exercise is individual, and there's no interaction required with other attendees. Bring your curiosity and leave judgment at home.

Lavender Blooms is a gathering for those whose queer or sapphic story began later in life, after spending part of adulthood believing they were straight or living a heterosexual-facing life. "Later" doesn't mean a certain age, and whether you're newly out or have been out for years, you're welcome. Talk lesbian culture, dating, sapphic sex, relationships, finding your people, and celebrating queer joy. Every topic is on the table, all questions are welcome, and you'll be with people who just get it. Peer facilitated by Heidi Oh

Remember when someone read to you and your only job was to get comfortable and listen? We're bringing that back with spicier, hotter books. Settle into a bean bag, mat, or pile of blankets while we read from a sapphic romance novel. No discussion, no audience participation, no icebreakers. Phones get tucked away, and you just listen. Come alone or with someone, and close your eyes if you want.
