A nourishing ritual blending yin-inspired yoga, Qi Gong, Reiki, breathwork, and guided meditation, finished with a sound bath. Taught by Tavia Tinsley of Lion Alchemy, it's designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and energized. Hands-on energy healing is offered but never required. No experience needed, and you don't have to be flexible, spiritual, or "good at yoga."

What the Ink Holds is a story circle about the tattoos we carry and the experiences our bodies carry alongside them. Choose a tattoo, spend a little time noticing what happens when you focus on it, then share its story if you'd like. It doesn't have to be profound. We listen with full attention, with no advice, interpretations, cross-talk, or opinions on anyone's tattoo or story. Come with a tattoo and a story, or come curious.
